In the fall of 2019, Werbrich’s Landscaping was commissioned to design and build this multi-feature outdoor living area in Kenwood. In addition to a new open air, solid roof shade structure, the project also included a 1,000 square foot porcelain paver patio, landscaping, low voltage landscape lighting, and a stepping stone path that connects the new patio to the driveway. Our in-house stonemasonry division also added a gas fireplace, a gas fire pit with surrounding seat wall, a bar/kitchen island, pillars at the bases of the structure posts, and a new landing and steps at the home’s rear door, all with matching cultured stone veneer and Pennsylvania Bluestone/Quartzite caps.
