This homeowner contacted Werbrich’s Landscaping along with two other local companies. The initial step was the homeowners interviewing three companies and each was to provide a conceptual drawing of an outdoor living space to include a paver patio, pergola, seat wall, gas firepit, and landscaping.  Once all of the conceptual drawings were in the home owners chose Werbrich’s to complete their project. The project consisted of Boardwalk pavers and an Estate Seat wall with a Halfmark charcoal band. The pergola was built with cedar and had electrical, cable, and data runs hidden in the post. The gas firepit is a prefab concrete structure with stone veneer. Columns on pergola have the matching stone as well. Once the project was started the homeowners decided they wanted a surround for their grill and smoker as well as a matching service bar. These items were built out of pressure treated wood and wrapped in cedar.
