Tree Climber Crew Leader: $27-$33/Hr
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division at Werbrich’s. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a wide variety of “in house” (no subs) services to our residential customer base. Our 15+ crews and 3 locations currently offer landscaping, swimming pools, hardscapes, advanced carpentry, lighting, maintenance and more. Due to overwhelming demand by our customers we started an Arborist Division in 2024. This is our fastest growing division, we are looking for great people to help build this division!
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving large trucks and trailers
- Safely climb trees and operate aerial lifts.
- Proficient in proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals.
- Experience in proper rigging, knots, tree removal, stump grinding, wood chipper operation, chainsaw operation and running various other tree care equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist
- Class A CDL
- Mechanically inclined
- General foreman/project management experience.

In addition to the listed compensation, Werbrich’s has a bonus program based on bid vs actual job hours. A high performer can increase their pay significantly.
